About this module

The d8n Calendar is a corporate calendar with AI scheduling. It shows the availability of people and teams, supports recurring events, time zones and booking of rooms and resources, and syncs both ways with your existing calendars. Finding a time that works for everyone stops being an endless email back-and-forth — the assistant proposes a slot that suits all attendees.

The core idea is that a meeting doesn’t live apart from the work. Every event can be linked to tasks, documents and a video call: an agenda and materials are attached to the meeting, and its decisions become tracked assignments with deadlines and owners. The assistant sends reminders with the right documents in advance, so attendees arrive prepared and agreements aren’t lost once the meeting ends.
